General
Do I need a photo of the pet?
No. You pick the breed or look and type the name: breed and coat for the blanket, each cat's look for the doormat, you and your pets for the ornament and the sweatshirt. It's an illustration, not a photo.
Can I see it before I order?
Yes. The preview updates as you make your choices, so you'll see the design before you add it to your cart.
When will it arrive?
Everything is made to order. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Order by Nov 27 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at admin@indoordays.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes into production.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping email with a tracking link once it ships. You can also check your order status from the link in your confirmation email.
Dog blanket
Do I need a photo of the dog?
No. You pick the breed from the list and type the name. It's an illustration of the breed, not a photo of their dog.
What if the dog is a mix?
Pick the breed or coat color that's closest. With 480+ options, most mixes have a close match.
What size should I get?
30 x 40 in suits laps, kids and pets. 60 x 80 in is big enough to share.
Cat doormat
Will it stop my cat from getting out?
It's a friendly warning for whoever opens the door, not a lock. Your cats will still try.
Can I include a dog?
Yes. Each pet can be a cat or a dog, and the line can read "…DOGS PLANNING ESCAPE…" or, for a mix, "…PETS PLANNING ESCAPE…".
Can it go outside?
It's best indoors or under a covered porch.
How many cats fit?
1 to 6. Every pet gets their own spot and name.
Ugly Christmas sweatshirt
Is it a real knit sweater?
No. It's a soft sweatshirt with the ugly-sweater pattern printed all over, so it's easy to wear and easy to wash.
How does it fit?
Unisex relaxed fit. Between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.
Does it really say that?
Yes, the shirt spells it out in full. It's an ugly sweater party shirt.
Can I put more than one pet on it?
Yes, up to 4 dogs or cats, each with their name.
Memorial ornament
Do I need a photo for the ornament?
No. You choose the look for you and for each pet. It's an illustration, not a photo.
Can I add more than one pet to the ornament?
Yes, up to 4, and each one can be a dog or a cat.
Is the ornament a good sympathy gift?
Yes. Pick the look closest to your friend, add their pet's name, and it arrives ready to hang.
How big is the ornament?
About 3.15 x 2.95 in (8 x 7.5 cm), a standard ornament size.
